From intimate pop-ins to full royal productions, there's a little magic for every dream and every budget.

All packages include one princess character unless otherwise stated. Additional characters may be available upon request.

Magic Mirror Message — Starting at $65
Want to make your child's day without a visit? Send the magic straight to them. We'll record a custom video message delivered from your child's favorite royal — perfect for birthdays, holidays, a special surprise, or just because. No party required. Add-ons not available with this package.

Magic Mirror Voice Call — Starting at $45
If your little one would completely lose it getting a live phone call from a princess — this is for you. Five minutes of real, voice-to-voice royal conversation they won't stop talking about. Add-ons not available with this package.

Princess Pop-In — Starting at $200 | Corona & Norco only
Want a simple, sweet princess visit without all the bells and whistles? This is for you. A 30-minute magical meet-and-greet — perfect for a birthday, a playdate, or any day that deserves a little extra sparkle. No big production, just quality princess time. Best for intimate gatherings of up to 2 children. Add-ons not available with this package.

The Once Package — Starting at $285 | 45 Minutes
Love the idea of a princess visit but not in our Pop-In area — or just want something a little more special than a drop-by? This is for you. You get the meet-and-greet, the photos, and a royal "Happy Birthday" serenade. Simple, sweet, and magical — because sometimes that's exactly enough. Accommodates up to 15 children, with the option to add more. Some add-ons available.

The Upon Package — Starting at $340 | 1 Hour
Want the meet-and-greet and photos, but also want your guests to be a little more swept away? This is for you. Everything in the Once Package, plus your princess will perform a song or lead a story time — giving the kids a real experience, not just a photo op. It's the sweet spot between simple and spectacular. Accommodates up to 15 children, with the option to add more. All add-ons available.

The Dream Package — Starting at $450 | 1.5 Hours
You want it all — and your child deserves it all. This is for the families who want the full princess experience from start to finish. Your princess will meet and greet, take photos, sing happy birthday, perform a song, lead story time, andcrown your birthday child in a royal coronation ceremony complete with their very own crown. This is the one that makes kids cry happy tears. Accommodates up to 15 children, with the option to add more. All add-ons available.

Happily Ever After Package — Starting at $600 | 2 Hours
For the celebration that deserves absolutely everything. This is our most magical private party experience — and it takes two. The Happily Ever After Package requires a minimum of two princesses, because some stories are too big for just one royal. Your little one and their guests will enjoy a full meet-and-greet, photos, a birthday serenade, story time, a princess performance, royal makeovers for the guests, and a coronation ceremony fit for the guest of honor. This is the one they'll be talking about forever. Accommodates up to 20 children, with the option to add more. All add-ons available.

Royal Theater — Starting at $750
Planning something truly grand? Think of us as a traveling theater troupe — you provide the space, we bring the show. Our Royal Theater experience features a minimum 30-minute interactive production (shows often run longer!), group photos, and a birthday coronation. Our team handles everything from setup to teardown so you can just open the doors and enjoy. Production details — including cast size, set pieces, and staging — are tailored to your story, your space, and your event. Accommodates up to 20 children, with the option to add more. Some add-ons available.

Royal Ball Packages
Want your little one to experience the magic of a Royal Ball without planning a private party? Our ticketed Royal Ball events are open to the whole community — one child, one adult guardian, and an unforgettable afternoon with the whole royal court.

Royal Ball dates are announced as they are scheduled — follow us on Instagram @justonceuponadream and keep an eye on your inbox so you never miss a royal invitation. When events are announced, choose the experience that fits:

  • Royal Ball (1 Hour) — The interactive show plus meet-and-greet. The perfect introduction to the royal experience.

  • Make it Pink (80 Minutes) — Everything in the Royal Ball, plus an exclusive cast photo opportunity for your child and the whole royal court.

  • Make it Blue (80 Minutes) — The full royal treatment: show, meet-and-greet, cast photo, and a special gift fit for royalty.

Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your date and time, a deposit of 50%–100% of your total package price is required at the time of booking. Your date is not held until your deposit is received — once it is, that time is reserved exclusively for you and we turn away all other inquiries for that window.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is forfeited. Any amount paid beyond the deposit may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months of your original event date.

Any remaining balance is due in full prior to or on the day of the event, before the performance begins.

In the rare event that we need to cancel due to a verified emergency, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost — your choice.

Payment is accepted via Venmo. Details will be provided upon booking.

Gratuity is never required, but always deeply appreciated. Tips may be given directly to performers on the day of your event.
